4 to 6 C stock
turnips
broccoli
salt
pepper
thyme
1 C cheese
1/2 C heavy cream
Cook turnips until almost tender, add broccoli and when soft, puree the mixture. Add seasonings to taste, reheat on low heat, add cheese and cream.

What kind of cheese did you use?
