Ingredients:
- 2 small to medium cabbages
- salt
- 8 ounces smoked ham, diced
- 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped, about 1 cup
- ground black pepper
Preparation:
Cut cabbage in wedges. Put in a large kettle; cover with water and add 2 teaspoons salt. Cover and cook until tender. Drain well. Shred the cabbage and blend with ham. Add the dill.
